Yale Endocrine Surgery is a group of surgeons devoted to the surgical evaluation and management of thyroid, parathyroid, adrenal and pancreatic diseases and cancer. Our surgeons perform state-of-the-art minimally invasive and traditional operations for the full range of endocrine diseases. Our emphasis is on the safest, most successful surgery with the least pain, trauma, scarring and fastest recovery time.

Yale Endocrine Surgeons see patients at our offices at Yale Physicians Building and perform operations at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Veteran patients also can be seen by Dr. Roman at the Veterans Administration Medical Center, West Haven, CT.

Yale Endocrine Surgery is also

  • A program accredited by the American College of Surgeons.
  • A training ground for the best and brightest general surgeons.
  • A program for additional specialty training in Endocrine Surgery though our fellowship (in collaboration with the American Association of Endocrine Surgeons)
  • A cadre of dedicated researchers, who participate in national and international clinical trials.
