Yale Oncologic and General Surgery is a group of renowned general surgeons devoted exclusively to the surgical evaluation and management of benign and malignant tumors. Surgeons perform state–of–the–art minimally invasive and traditional operations for the full range of breast, esophageal, gastric, hepatobiliary, pancreatic, liver, and colorectal cancers and tumors. Emphasis is on the most successful surgery with the least pain, trauma, scarring and recovery time. Yale Oncology surgeons see patients at offices in the Yale Physicians Building; perform operations at Yale–New Haven Hospital, Temple Surgical Center and the Veterans Administration Medical Center; train students, fellows and residents; and conduct research.
